1.Introduction of PVDF Composite Membrane
1.1The active layer of the composite membrane used in MBR module is formed by PVDF, which is highly evaluated
for its exceptional chemical resistance. The characteristics of its PVDF composite membrane is shown as follows:

1.2Excellent oxidation resistance
During the water treatment, microorganisms and organics are the main causes of UF membrane’s irreversible pollution,
whereas oxidant cleaning is the most effective method to recover membranes’ flux in which outstanding chemical stability
of PVDF can be presented.
1.3 High strength
JF UF membrane’s tensile and compressive strength are greatly improved compared to similar products. Besides,it can
sustain more than 50 KG strength because it is coated on a tubular macroporous support. Thus, our membrane can be
applied to hostile environments and high strength cleaning conditions.
1.4 Outer-pressure structure design
Feed water requirements are relatively low due to the outer-pressure structure design, and requirements on particle size and suspended sediment concentration are lower.
Compared with the inner-pressure structure, this structure greatly reduces potential pollution in membrane flow channels.
1.5High water flux and rejection
The initial membrane flux is almost 600-1000 L·m-2·h-1, and filtering precision can reach 0.03-0.05 μm while high flux is guaranteed. As a result, purer water can be obtained in spite of different feed water conditions.
